This morning people were catching moonfish and mackeral off of Jupiter Inlet. They were catching them off of crappy jigs, jigged around the rocks.

To answer somone's comment.

You can catch the spinner's either off of live mackeral or small Jack crevales swam out (bluefish don't seem to work as well). You can also catch them off of 2 1/2 oz. silver spoons. The gold work wonders too if you could ever find any. If you see spinners jumping off the beach, and they're just all over the place, I would suggest putting on a top water lure. It is amazing watching these creatures jump out of the water for it. This is for the our area (jupiter, hobesound, juno, and riviera) in the months between october to about the middle of April.

Bluefish, bluefish and more bluefish today on the beach. As soon as your spoon touched the water you got hit. It was a ton of fun watching them hit on top water lures too.

This morning at Juno Pier there was Pompano, and Bluefish. You could catch these pompano off banana jigs or just with a feather tipped with shrimp. The bluefish were caught with krocodile spoons and just with dead mullet on the bottom.
